Product Details:

Conventional castable
- High alumina bauxite based castable with high density, moderate strength, for general purpose application with economic cost.

Low cement castable

- Low cement refractory castable has the merits of high density, low porosity rate, good hot strength and high refractoriness under load. It is strong in mechanical spalling resistance, shock resistance and corrosion resistance.

Non-Wetting castable

- This is a kind of low cement castable that requires only half the water needed for conventional castables, resulting in a product that has superior densities, lower porosities, and higher strengths. It exhibits good resistance to molten aluminum penetration.

Precast Shapes

- Even the greatest refractory material in the world can give poor performance in the field if adequate care is not taken to insure proper water addition, mixing, and initial dry out. The use of precast shape technology can greatly enhance the performance of refractory linings in your equipment. That is why developing applications for precast shapes. Ceramic Fiber

Ceramic fiber is an alumino silicate based refractory fiber, white and odorless. It resists temperature as high as 1260°C. These products are lightweight with very low thermal conductivity. They provide excellent insulation at high temperature, and resist corrosive chemicals such as commonly used acids and alkalis. It is an excellent substitute for asbestos products in many insulation and sealing applications. ceramic fiber

Firebrick

Firebrick is a kind of brick that can withstand high temperatures, used to line flues, stacks, furnaces, and fireplaces. In general, such bricks have high melting points that range from about 1500°C. They also should resist the chemicals in slag and not spall. Firebricks are not good insulators, so a special insulating firebrick of highly porous has low conductivity and low heat content but a low melting point of only about 850°C1500°C.
